・Pork loin : 150-200g
・Onion : 1/4
・Flour : some
*The flour I use is "less than 8.5% protein".So it's a good idea to use "cake flour" (´ ▽ ` *)

[Shogayaki sauce]
・Soy sauce : 10g
・Mirin : 15g
・Sake : 15g
・Sugar : 4g
・Grated ginger : 10g

[Condiments / Toppings]
・Cabbage : 2-3 pieces
・Tomato

"Shogayaki" is a popular dish that is even on the menu at Japanese restaurants.
This time I made it using pork loin.

今回は、プロが作る「豚の生姜焼き」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。  
[材料/レシピ 1人前]
・豚ロース : 150-200g
・玉ねぎ : 1/4
・小麦粉 : 適量

[ 生姜焼きのタレ]
・醤油 : 10g
・みりん : 15g
・料理酒 : 15g
・砂糖 : 4g
・おろし生姜 : 10g

[付け合わせ/トッピング]
・キャベツ : 2-3枚
・とまと

「生姜焼き」は和食レストランではメニューにあるくらい人気の料理です。
今回は豚ロースを使用しました。
私は子供の頃から生姜焼きを自分で作って食べていました、大好きな思い出の味です。
生姜焼きのレシピは幾つも持っていますが、この作り方が私は好きですしとっても美味しいです。\(*´▽`*)/
