・Mochi (Rice cake)
・Carrot
・Daikon radish
・Shiitake Mushroom
・Mitsuba (Japanese parsley)
・Kamaboko (Fish cake)
・Yuzu
・Chicken thigh 50g
*All ingredients are used in small amounts.

[Mochi Dashi Soup (Dashi Broth)]
・Water : 600g
・Kombu (Kelp) : 6g
*Soak the kelp in water and wait 30 minutes, then add the following.

・Dashi no moto : 4g (Bonito fish soup stock)
・Soy sauce : 4g
・Sake : 4g
・Salt : 2g

In Japan, there is a culture of eating this ozoni on New Year's Day.
When I make and eat this, I feel like the new year has begun.

今回は、プロが作る「お雑煮(関東風)」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。  
[材料/レシピ 2~3人前]
・お餅
・にんじん
・大根
・しいたけ
・三つ葉
・かまぼこ
・柚子
・鶏もも肉 50g

[お雑煮の出汁]
・水 : 600g
・昆布 : 6g
*昆布を30分水に浸してから以下を入れてください。

・だしの素 : 4g
・醤油 : 4g
・料理酒 : 4g
・塩 : 2g

お正月にお雑煮を作りました。
このお雑煮をお正月に食べる文化が日本にあります。
私はこれを作って食べると、新しく1年が始まったという気持ちになります。
