・Soy sauce : 5g

・Sugar : 7g
・Butter : 20g

・生鮭切り身 : 2 (250-350g)
・キャベツ : 150g
・玉ねぎ : 1/2
・しめじ : 50g

[味噌バターソース]
・味噌 : 25g
・醤油 : 5g
・みりん : 15g
・料理酒 : 7g
・砂糖 : 7g
・バター : 20g

・青ネギ
・黒コショウ
