・Shimeji Mushroom : 30g

[Soba Noodles Soup (Dashi Broth)]
・Water : 300g
・Dashi no moto : 2g (Bonito fish soup stock)
・Soy sauce : 18g
・Mirin : 18g
・Sugar : 2g

今回は、プロが作る「きのこ蕎麦(温かい)」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。  
[材料/レシピ 1人前]
・蕎麦 : 100g(1人前)
・長ネギ : 30g
・しいたけ : 1つ
・舞茸 : 30g
・しめじ : 30g

[温かいそばの出汁/そばつゆ]
・水 : 300g
・だしの素 : 2g
・醤油 : 18g
・みりん : 18g
・砂糖 : 2g
