[Ingredients / 1-2servings]
・Chicken breast : 300-350g

[Chicken breast seasoning]
・Soy sauce : 15g
・Cooking sake : 15g
・Grated ginger : 3g
・Salt : a little

*I use unsweetened soy sauce.

[Tempura batter made from scratch(without egg)]
・Cold water : 75g
・Mayonnaise : 10g
* First, dissolve the mayonnaise in water.

・Flour : 50g(The flour I use is "less than 8.5% protein".So it's a good idea to use "cake flour" )
・Sesame oil : a little
・Ice : some
* Eggs are used for the tempura batter liquid.
But, the more the amount by using the egg.
In the case of a small amount, the same effect can be obtained by substituting mayonnaise.

I made a recipe for toriten (chicken tempura).

Normally, chicken breast is just coated with tempura batter and fried in oil, but I made it with the same seasoning as Karaage (Japanese fried chicken).
* Someday I would like to make a video of normal toriten (chicken tempura) as well.

With this recipe, the chicken was super crispy and the ginger soy sauce tasted just like Karaage, and it was delicious!

今回は、プロが作る「とり天(生姜醤油)」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。  
[材料/レシピ 1-2人前]
・鶏むね肉 : 300-350g

[下味]
・醤油 : 15g
・料理酒 : 15g
・おろし生姜 : 3g
・塩 : 少々

[天ぷらバッター液]
・冷水 : 75g
・マヨネーズ : 10g
*初めに水にマヨネーズを溶かしてください。

・小麦粉 : 50g
・ごま油 : 少々
・氷 : 少々
*天ぷらバッター液は玉子を使います。
でも、玉子を使用すると量が多くなります。
少量の場合はマヨネーズを代用しても同じ効果を得ることができます。

とり天のレシピを作りました
通常は鶏むね肉に天ぷらバッター液をつけて油で揚げるだけですが、から揚げと同じ味付けで作ってみました。
* いつかプレーンとり天の動画も作ってみたいです。

このレシピだと衣が超サクサクで生姜醤油の味も唐揚げで美味しかったです!
レモン果汁をかけて食べました!\(*´▽`*)/
