In this video, I am showing how to make Soba noodle (Japanese style buckwheat noodle) with Tempura.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Ingredients for Soba Noodle:
Soba noodle (buck wheat noodle)                           100 g

Tempura batter:
- Egg                                                  1
- Water                                         200 ml
- Flour                                200 ml (4/5 Cup)
- Baking powder                         1/2 Tsp

Possible Tempura ingredients:
Eggplant, Shiitake mushroom, Shishito pepper, sweet potato,
paprica, any mushroom, pumpkin, zucchini, carrot, onion,
asparagus, shrimp/prawn, white fish, scallop etc.

Mentsuyu sauce:
- Water                                         3 Tbsp
- Soy sauce                                 2 Tbsp
- Mirin                                          2 Tbsp
   or Sugar                                   2 Tsp
- Dashi powder                             2 g
