In this video, I am showing how to cook Japanese style Curry Rice.
In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are available outside of Japan.
Ingredients for Curry Rice (4-6 Servings)
Beef (or any other meat) 400g
Frying oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic 2-4 cloves (approx. 15 g)
Ginger 1 small piece (approx. 15 g)
Onion 2-4 (approx. 400-500 g)
Carrot 1-2 (approx. 300 g)
Potatos 2-4 (approx. 300 g)
Canned Tomatos 200 g
Apple 1 (approx. 200 g)
Japanese Curry Mix 110 g
Garam Masala (optional) 1 Tsp
