In this video, I am making Mochi Ice Cream using Mochiko (Glutenous rice flour). For Mochi Ice Cream you need to make different dough from regular Mochi-dough, since it will be frozen, called Gyūhi-dough. Gyūhi-dough contains higher sugar, which make it not be rock hard when it is frozen.
Ingredients for Mochi Ice Cream
Gyūhi-dough (for 4 servings)
Glutenous rice flour 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Water 70 g
Ice cream of your choice 4 scoops
