In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are available outside of Japan. In this video, I am making Mochi Ice Cream using Mochiko (Glutenous rice flour). For Mochi Ice Cream you need to make different dough from regular Mochi-dough, since it will be frozen, called Gyūhi-dough. Gyūhi-dough contains higher sugar, which make it not be rock hard when it is frozen.
