EXTREME FAT LOSS WITH DUMBBELLS - Get ready for an EXTREME 30 minute full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group to help you build lean muscle and burn fat!

You'll need one set of dumbbells to complete this dumbbell fat loss workout. I used 1 set of 5kg dumbbells but you could use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

There are 3 Circuits that make up this workout. Circuit 1  is with 2 dumbbells. Circuit 2 is with 1 dumbbell and circuit 3 is a Bodyweight burnout. Complete each exercise in the circuit for 40 seconds work/10 Secs rest.

9️⃣Drop Squat Jack Press

Circuit 2 - One Dumbbell
1️⃣DB Lunge with Front Kick (L) Side
2️⃣DB Toe Taps
3️⃣DB Lunge with Front Kick (R) Side
4️⃣One DB Burpee Snatch
5️⃣Step Back Lunge with Woodchop
6️⃣DB Toe Touches
7️⃣Boat Sit & Press
8️⃣DB Bentover Row & Switch
9️⃣DB Skater
*30 seconds Rest
Circuit 3 - Bodyweight
1️⃣Clap Back Squat
2️⃣Jack Punch
3️⃣Standing X Body Crunch to Front Kick
4️⃣Burpee Kick Through
5️⃣Crab Toe Touch
6️⃣Alt Clap V Situp
7️⃣Ninja Burpee
8️⃣Jump Squat to Heel Tap
