KILLER TRIPLE SET HIIT - This triple set HIIT workout pairs strength training exercises with cardio fat burning moves for the ultimate HIIT workout for fat loss.

There are 9 Triple Sets that makes up this workout.  Complete each triple set 2 x through working through each exercise back to back with no rest for 30 seconds each. Have 30 seconds rest between rounds and sets.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used  5kg + 7kg  + 10 kg but you may want to use something  heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
