DUMBBELL CARDIO WORKOUT - Get ready to sweat with this HIIT cardio pyramid style workout designed to help you torch calories & tone and strengthen your entire body.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this HIIT cardio dumbbell workout . I used  1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg  dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

There are 6 supersets that make up this workout. Complete each superset in a pyramid format as follows:
A: 15 secs work/15 secs rest
B: 30 secs work/15 secs rest
A:45 Secs work/15 Secs rest
B: 45 Secs work/15 Secs rest
A: 30 secs work/15 secs rest
B:15 Secs work/15 Secs rest
