This is a recipe for "Sanzoku-Yaki", a local dish from Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
Use large chicken thighs and then deep fry.
(It's a large Karaage / large Japanese fried chicken)
The video also shows how to make the sauce to marinate the chicken for the Sanzoku-yaki.
I ate it after shooting the video, and it was so delicious with the super crispy batter and the aroma of garlic and ginger!\(*´▽｀*)/
