Hi. This is a Triceps workout that will take only 4 minutes and you will feel the effects instantly! The workout can be done anywhere, all you need is your desire to do it.

Triceps take up 60-70% of the arm volume, so a big triceps visually enlarges the arm making it more powerful.

The workout until your chest burns lasts 4 minutes and consists of 8 exercises. There is also a 10 second rest for changing positions and a short rest. Also for those who find this not enough, it is possible to do 3-4 such circles with a rest interval of 5 minutes between the circles.
