Hi all. Today I am happy to share with you the Chest and Triceps Workout Without Iron and Special Equipment that can be done anywhere.

 Chest and triceps are great to train on the same day, no matter what push-ups you perform, these muscles are always involved! You can only slightly shift the load on the chest or on the triceps, but push-ups always work these 2 muscle groups.

 This video shows some of the best chest and triceps exercises. If you want to make quick progress and increase muscle mass, then use additional weights or a weight vest for these exercises.

 To make the exercise easier, do push-ups from your knees. Remember about the regularity of classes and proper nutrition, as well as good recovery after training! At the end of the workout, be sure to stretch, and at the beginning of the workout, do a warm-up!
