This shoulder workout only takes 5 minutes and is very effective. This bodyweight workout also requires no additional equipment or weights. The workout is divided into time intervals of 30 seconds and 15 seconds of rest, which is quite difficult to perform and not everyone will be able to complete it the first time. Therefore, for those who find it difficult, I recommend doing the exercises for 30 seconds or 10-12 repetitions and resting for up to 1 minute between exercises until you become stronger and can do the complex workout as shown in the video.

There are 7 exercises in total and they involve all 3 shoulder bands: front, middle and back. Take your time when performing exercises, monitor the quality.

0:21 - first exercise
1:05 - second exercise
1:50 - third exercise
2:35 - fourth exercise
3:20 - fifth exercise
4:05 - sixth exercise
4:50 - seventh exercise


I recommend doing the workout at the end after the main workout or doing 2-3 rounds of shoulder training with a rest of 5-7 minutes.
