In the video I use 2 dumbbells of 15kg each, the weight of the dumbbells you should choose individually from your physical capabilities so that you can do the given number of repetitions that is shown in the video!

Triceps visually increase the volume of the arm, which is why it is so important to have a large triceps. I recommend training 2-3 times a week, it will be good to combine it with training the pectoral muscles!

And so we have only 4 exercises that need to be performed for 3 sets each, rest for each is individual but no more than 3 minutes between sets.
