Hello. Today I will show you my author's program that I developed specifically to strengthen the hands, wrists and forearms. You will not need any iron or any additional equipment, only bodyweight training! The workout was performed for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of short rest. Before training, you need to warm up well to avoid injury!

Only 8 exercises, very cool and effective to strengthen your arms. If some exercise causes difficulties, then you can always make a more simplified version by doing the exercise from the knees. Also, if you feel a sharp pain or discomfort, then it is better not to perform the exercise and move on to the next one!

The workout can be done at the end of the main workout (for example, after pull-ups) and it will be great for strengthening the arms. Do not rush when exercising so as not to get injured.
