Baking bread at home is great fun and the smell is just amazing. For this whole wheat bread you need mainly time. I leave it to prove over night in the fridge for 24 hours.

Ingredients:
400g / 14,11 oz whole wheat flour
100g /  3,52 oz of all purpose flour
10g / 0,35 oz fresh yeast
10g / 0,35 oz salt
400ml / 13,52 fl.oz cold Water

Bake 10 Minutes with steam at 260 °C / 500 °F, than remove the water tray and bake another 10 minutes. After that turn down the oven to 210°C or 400 °F for another 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool down for an hour before cutting it. Enjoy!!
