Today I'm doing Pelmeni.
This was my first video on this channel.

We need the following ingredients:

For the filling:
- 500g minced meat (pork)
- 3 onions
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

For the dough:
- 600g flour (type 405)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300ml of water
