Hello and welcome to a new video,

Today we do Tefteli, which are Russian minced rice balls.

We need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for the chopped dough:
- 500g minced meat (beef / pork mixed)
- 150g rice (coarse grained)
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika spice

Ingredients for the sauce:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic toe
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 spiced paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet)
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 50ml sunflower oil
- 600ml of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
