Today I brought you a video of making 5 different shapes of cookies with one type of dough!
Although they are made with relatively simple dough, they come in various shapes, making them great as gift cookies. 😊

I baked it on a perforated mat, but personally, when I baked it on a Teflon sheet, it spread slightly to the side, but it was more crispy and delicious.

When making these cookies, I think it's important to roll out the dough to as uniform a thickness as possible and cut it to the same thickness!
The thickness must be uniform so it is square and neat.

 🍪 Make various cookies with one dough 🍪

▶Ingredients ◀ Approximately 10-15 pieces per shape
Preheat to 356℉(180℃), bake at 330℉(165℃) for 13-14 minutes (use Smeg oven)


✏ Butter dough
150g unsalted butter
115g sugar
2g salt
25g eggs
2g vanilla extract


✏ Plain cookies
120g cake flour
20g almond powder



✏ Choco Cookie
110g cake flour
20g almond powder
10g cocoa powder





◼ Storage method ◼
- To maintain crispness for a long time, place silica gel in an airtight container and eat within 3 days at room temperature. To store it longer, place it in the freezer and eat within 3 weeks.
