Today, I made a cute and nice Christmas cookie using the butter cookie dough I uploaded last week!
This is a video where you can make 9 different types of cookies with just one dough 😊

All of the cookies I made are highly recommended for gifts because they are full of Christmas flavor!
Personally, I really liked the check cookies. 👍

The shape and color are all pretty, but this is a really, really delicious cookie recipe.
You can freely make cookie molds with the Christmas cookie molds you have. ^^

Case used: Width 19.5cm Length 11.5cm Height 5.2cm*

▶ Materials ◀

7 linzer cookies with a diameter of 5cm (170℃ preheat, 165℃ 9-10 minutes)
7 5.5x7.5cm tree cookies (170℃ preheat, 165℃ 9-10 minutes)
7 5.5x8cm gingerbread cookies ( Preheat at 170℃, 9-10 minutes at 165℃)
7 6.5x6.5cm Rudolph Cookies ( Preheat at 170℃, 9-10 minutes at 165℃)
20 snow balls ( 170℃ preheating, 160℃ 14 minutes)
12 sable cookies (170℃ preheat, 160℃ 16-17 minutes)
18-19 check cookies (170℃ preheat, 160℃ 16-17 minutes)
16 roll cookies (170℃ preheat, 160℃ 16-17 minutes)
About 70 mini star cookies (170℃ preheat, 160℃ 9-10 minutes)


[Butter Dough]
300g unsalted butter
225g sugar
5g salt
75g eggs
5g vanilla extract

[Basic butter cookies]
365g Butter Dough
300g cake flour
45g Almond powder (It can be replaced with the same amount of soft flour, but adding almond powder makes it more savory and delicious.)
3g baking powder


[ Check & Roll Cookies ]

92g cake flour
15g almond flour
6g matcha powder

6g red yeast rice flour
3 drops of red coloring


[ Royal Icing ]
80g powdered sugar
15g egg whites
lemon juice
food coloring

[Other ingredients]
1. Snowball Cookies
  : Sugar Powder

2. Linzer Cookies
: Sugar powder, strawberry jam

3. Rudolph Cookies
: Dark chocolate 30g

4. Sable Cookies
: Sprinkle




◼ How to store ◼
When storing at room temperature, store in an airtight container or OPP bag with silica gel. (The taste was good until the 5th.) Keep the royal icing-topped cookies for 2 days at room temperature, and keep them frozen for longer.
