Hello, I've been staying in a lovely spot and thought I'd record a restorative practice focused on creating an easeful feeling with joint rotations. In the yoga tradition, these movements are referred to as Pawanmuktasana--roughly translated as wind removing postures. These postures are considered beneficial for the joints of the body that can become sore or inflamed. Through rotational movements you stimulate blood flow, lymph, and synovial fluid systematically creating a felt sense of peace throughout your body.
