Spiderman Climbers / Walking Mountain Climbers are my go-to mountain climber variation for flat abs, small waist, strong AF core and total body exercise. From a plank position to start bring feet towards hands nice and controlled. If you are able to pick up the pace by all means increase speed however if your form is starting to fail slow down. Quality over quantity to maximize time, effort and results.

Try 4 sets of 60 seconds or 30 reps each side into your daily workout routine.
