If you think about it we do Squats all the time during the day everyday. The squat is one my favorite exercises that I highly recommend incorporating into your dynamic warmup and/or daily workout routine. Building strength in your legs by adding the squat to your exercise routine is a smart way to help prevent injuries while doing your everyday activities. For beginner air squats as shown here is best to start off with before adding weight to ensure proper alignment and technique is on point. If you are going to add weight do air squats as a dynamic warmup.

Do 4 sets x 20 reps or 60 seconds
