Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts are great for beginners and advanced lifters. Dumbbell SL Deadlifts one of the best total body exercises to perform. These target the muscles of your bootayyy ahem glutes and hamstrings while also activating your quadriceps, lower back, core and shoulders. DB SL Deadlifts will also help improve flexibility in your hamstrings and lower back. Keep DB's close to your legs on the way up and down with neck, head and back in alignment the entire time. Keeping legs as stiff as possible there is a slight bend on the way up and down during the lift.

Suggestion
Aim to do 5 sets x 12 reps
