Hello, this is siZning.

Today, I made 'Gateau au Chocolat', which does not contain flour.
It uses two chocolates to balance the chocolate taste, and contains cocoa powder for a deep and rich taste of Gateau au Chocolat Cake.
To balance the taste you want, you can substitute chocolate according to your preference.
When it hardens in the refrigerator, it has a brownie-like consistency, and when you eat it at room temperature, it is moist and soft when you eat it.

Store the finished Gateau au Chocolat in an airtight container and refrigerate and consume within 3-4 days.
When storing in the freezer, you can store it except for the fresh cream. (about 2 weeks)
