Its taste is excellent and a really easy recipe.

However, this is a cake recipe that only 1.20,000 people have seen and a few of them have made. Those who made it first loved it.
Because of the slightly heavy name “Bundt cake” that is not much was known.
Then, someone asked for a cupcake version of this.I was keeping it in my mind.
Now it is reborn as cupcakes.(It's late, but I hope she (he) will watch this video!)
The recipe has been slightly adjusted.So it has been upgraded to have more fluffy texture, deep chocolate flavor. Also, it is easy to make and tastes wonderful.
This cupcake will keep moist if chocolate is coated on the top.
Another important thing in this recipe is baking soda.
When adding only baking powder, you should add 4~5g or more. Otherwise, it will swell less.
Compared to baking powder or soda, it swells more, but it has a slightly different texture.And if you add a lot of baking powder, you need to be careful because it can taste like soap.
So I hope you add baking soda.

Also, my cupcakes in the video were baked in a deck oven so the top surface is smooth.
When baked in a convection oven, it swells a lot due to the strong hot air, and the top is dried first, causing cracking.It is the fate of the convection oven user.

For those who bake in a convection oven,
Add 1g baking soda + 1g baking powder.
I tried it. It rose consistent.
However, the texture is slightly different and there are still cracks

60g Dark Chocolate Coverture
30g butter
55g Organic cane sugar (or Muscovado)
1 egg (50-53g)
50g plain yogurt (or sour cream)
55g soft flour
2g baking soda (not baking powder)
1g salt
50g hot water
2-3g coffee


Those who bake in a convection oven
Add 1g baking soda + 1g baking powder.
Then it will rise more stably.
