Hello and welcome to Olga Kocht 🍖
Today we make delicious and juicy Manti / Mante / Maultaschen with minced meat filling itself.
We need the following ingredients:
For the dough:
- 750g flour (type 405)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400ml warm water
For the filling:
- 500g beef mince
- 800g onions (also less)
- 100ml water (boiled and cooled water)
- 1.5 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
I like this recipe because it is very simple and really tasty
