Hello and welcome to my channel,

Today I want to prepare you Manti.

In the usual preparation of the Kazakh Manti the mincemeat of lamb and beef is used because the majority of Kazakhs is Muslim. The Manti are cooked in a special pressure cooker, the so-called Mänti Kaskan, which consists of several levels for cooking or steaming. The pot is also called as in Russian Mantowarka or Mantyschniza. The Kazakh Manti are served with sour cream, yoghurt, sour cream, tomato sauce and also with vinegar sauce.

The following is required:

- 500 grams of pork or mixed minced meat
- 7 onions
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika spice
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 350 to 500 gr. Flour type 405
- Manti steam cooker :)
