FAT BURNING FULL BODY WORKOUT - Get fit, lean and strong with this intense cardio and strength workout designed to burn maximum calories and target your entire body.

There are 2 circuits of 10 supersets that make up this 60 min HIIT workout with weights.
Complete the superset as follows:
Set 1: Strength 50 work/10 rest x 1
Set 2: Cardio 30 work/15 rest x 2

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this 1 hour cardio and weight training workout . I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
