► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 4 Circuits (each circuit contains 2 strength exercises and 2 HIIT exercises)
✔️ Timed Intervals (complete 30 seconds work per exercise, 10 seconds rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
✔️ Includes Mobility Warm-Up and Cool Down Stretching

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣CIRCUIT ONE: Legs
1) Squat + Calf Raise
2) Squat Jumps
3) Pass Through Lunges
4) Lunge Drops

2️⃣CIRCUIT TWO: Arms
1) 1.5 Push Ups
2) Burpee + 2 Jabs
3) Walk Out Plank
4) Walk Out Plank + Hop In

3️⃣CIRCUIT THREE: Total Body
1) Sumo Squat Lunge Combo
2) Wide/Narrow Squat Jump
3) Lateral Lunge + Crunch
4) Skaters

4️⃣CIRCUIT 4: Abs and Core
1) Side Plank Hold
2) 4 Mountain Climbers + Open to T
3) Side Plank Hold
