Yield: 64 units (dough weighing 30 grams)
Ingredients:
- 600 grams of desalted cod
- 1 medium onion grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 grams of butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon of dehydrated parsley (or 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley)
- 1 tablespoon of Tartar seasoning (sold in spice stores and supermarkets)
- 200 grams of potatoes (weighed still raw and peeled)
- 300 ml of milk
- 500 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
To bread:
- 300 grams of Panko flour or regular breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon of creamed onion powder (sold in supermarkets and spice stores)
- 3 tablespoons of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)

- Parsley
- Cream cheese
- Bamboo toothpicks (sold in party supply stores)
