Mozzarella cheese yield: 20 units
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of pastry dough
- 600 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams of cream cheese
Ingredients for the cream for breading:
- 2 eggs
- 100 milliliters of water
- 50 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
To Bread:
- 300 grams of Panko flour (in the link below I teach you how to make Panko flour)
