In this video I will teach you how to make delicious croquettes for parties and snack bars with meat or cheese and ham fillings.

Yield: 16 units in the party size and 9 units in the cafeteria size.
Note: the exact amount will depend on the size of the cutter you use.

Ingredients for the meat filling:
(the spices below are sold in spice and health food stores)
- 400 grams of ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon chimichurri without pepper
- 1 level tablespoon of 'smoke powder' seasoning
- 1 level tablespoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of dehydrated parsley (optional)

Ingredients to add creaminess to the meat filling:
- 200 milliliters of water
- 1 tablespoon full of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 1 tablespoon full of cream onion powder

Ingredients for the dough:
- 100 grams of butter or margarine (80% fat)
- 1 medium onion
- 500 milliliters of water
- 500 milliliters of milk
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth powder
- 500 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)

Ingredients for the cheese and ham filling:
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 150 grams of ham
- 100 grams of cream cheese

To finish:
- Water
- 500 grams of Panko flour or breadcrumbs
