Shape Size: 31cm long, 10cm wide, 10cm deep
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500 grams of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Parsley to taste
- 100 grams of boiled corn
- 100 grams of peas (details in the video)
- 10 olives
- 50 grams of raisins
- 100 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of provolone cheese (optional)
Ingredients for the mix:
- 2 tablespoons unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 1 heaping tablespoon of powdered onion cream
- 300 milliliters of water
Ingredient to assemble:
- 1 pack of crustless bread (500 grams)
Ingredients for decoration:
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 kilo of boiled potatoes
- 50 grams of mayonnaise
- 25 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 grams of grated carrots
- Straw potato (prefer extra fine)
- Piquinho pepper (canned)
