Warm Up  

Triset ONE
1. Sumo deadlift, 40lbs / 18kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Supinated grip row, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
3. Supinated grip front raise, 2 x 10lbs / 4.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Triset TWO
1. Glute bridge, 25lbs / 11kg
2. Triceps press, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
3. Single arm rear delt raise, 10lbs / 4.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Cool down stretch
