Warm Up  

Triset ONE
1. Static lateral lunge 25lb/11kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Twisted chest fly 12.5lb/5.5kg
3. Skull crushers 12.5lb/5.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Triset TWO
1. Neutral grip row 25lb/11kg
2. Supinated front raise 12.5lb/5.5kg
3. Dumbbell waiter’s curl 20lbs/9kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Cool down stretch
