Get ready to CHALLENGE YOURSELF with this 30 MIN ADVANCE HIIT WORKOUT.  We took the CROSSFIT CHALLENGE from our last video and made an AT HOME version.  So grab some dumbbells, and a chair or step and get ready to sweat.  This is prob ONE OF The most KILLER WORKOUTS on YOUTUBE - But let me know if you think I'm wrong.  Warm up and cool down are included

HERE'S YOUR WORKOUT
5 Rounds of 6 exercises

1.  High knees, tap down
2  Step back lunges, bicep curl
3. Prisoner Burpees
4. Skaters
5. Box Jump, or step up
6. Ground to overhead

I Do FULL AT HOME WORKOUTS that are challenging, fun, and most of all NOT BORING.  Cardio, kickboxing, Strength with Dumbbells, HIIT, PILATES, and Dance.  Variety is the secret to keeping things interesting and progressing in an exercise routine.
