Dango is a Japanese dumpling and sweet made from glutinous rice flour.
Mitarashi dango is a type of dango skewered onto sticks in groups of 3–5 (traditionally 5) and covered with a sweet soy sauce glaze. (Source: Wikipedia)

PANDA MITARASHI DANGO

♡ INGREDIENTS ♡
Dango
2 c Glutinous Rice Flour
4 to 6 oz Water until it creates dough

Sauce
4 oz Water
1/3 c Sugar or more if you want it sweeter
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch

For Dango
Mix all ingredients until it creates a dough. Cook in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size or until it floats.
Put in cold water and set aside.

For Sauce
Mix all ingredients and cook until it thickens.
