Ingredients (About )
: 200g Joshinko(Rice flour) ２００ｇの上新粉
: 200ml hot water(170F) 60Cのお湯
Mitarashi sauce
: 100ml Water (100cc 水)
: 2.5 tbsp soy sauce (大2.5 しょうゆ)
: 70g sugar (70g 砂糖)
: 1 tbsp corn starch (大1 片栗粉)
