Ingredients for making sea buckthorn jam:

1. Sea buckthorn for juice
2. Granulated sugar - 1.2-1.5 kg per one liter of the obtained sea buckthorn juice

How to make sea buckthorn jam:

1. Rinse the sea buckthorn and put it in a saucepan.
2. Crush the berries with a wooden crush. and then wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
3. Mix the resulting sea buckthorn juice with sugar in a 1: 1.5 ratio and mix everything well.
4. Place a saucepan over low heat and cook the sea buckthorn jam, not boiling.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

The cooled sea buckthorn jam can be eaten or put in sterilized jars, sealed with sterile lids and stored in a cool place until winter.
