1. Berries of blackcurrant need to be sorted out from excess garbage. Thoroughly wash the currants immediately before cooking. Pour it into the pan.
2. Fill the berries with granulated sugar. Mix the ingredients together. Leave it for a while to give the berry juice. Then there will be no need to add water.
3. When the berry gives juice, put the pan with all contents on the stove. Bring the mass to a boil. Fire to make slow. Let it boil for 5 minutes. In order not to burn anything, mix often. The foam must be removed during cooking.
4. After 5 minutes, I remove the pan from the fire and pour five minutes into the banks. After cooking, the jam will be liquid - this is normal. After a day, the jam will already be thick. Currants have the property of oxidizing, so you need to roll up the cans not with iron, but with varnished lids.

Attention! In order not to crack the glass, pour 2-3 spoons of jam into the jar first, scroll the jar in the air to warm the walls, after which you can fill it to the top.

Thick and thick blackcurrant jam with amazing taste, spilled in portioned jars, can be served with pancakes, toast, pancakes. It can be used as a filling for pies and bagels in the preparation of baking.
