Ingredients for making rocking jam:

1.Zucchini - 1 kg
2.lemons - 1 pc
3.Sugar - 1 kg

How to make zucchini jam:

1. Peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Choose young zucchini so that there are no large seeds inside.
2. Cover them with sugar and leave for a while until the sugar is completely dissolved (most conveniently overnight).
3. Put the saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. Let the jam simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. The jam boiled for 30 minutes. Now add the lemon that needs to be peeled and finely chopped into pieces (remove all seeds).
5. Over low heat, let the marrow jam boil for another 20 - 30 minutes.

At the end of this time, homemade zucchini jam with lemon will be ready.
