In this  40 Min STRENGTH & COMBO FULL BODY  DUMBBELL Workout | Controlled & Faster- Combo Sets + CORE, we will begin the first part of the workout with three sets of three exercises targeting the lower body, upper body push, and upper body pull, for a total of 3 rounds. Within each round, the exercises will slightly vary, so please pay attention to the preview screen! Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest and a 25-second rest after each round.
In the second part of the workout, we will transition to combination movements, focusing on smaller muscle groups such as deltoids, biceps, and triceps. To maintain high intensity, we will often combine these movements with leg exercises. Additionally, this part will include some core exercises. Each exercise in this section will last for 40 seconds, with a 15-second rest in between.


The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
