In this 40 min FULL BODY Dumbbell workout | No Repeat we will be having 2x blocks of 20x movements. Each block contains 4x bundle of 5x movements:
Bundle 1 : Legs
Bundle 2: Upper Body Push
Bundle 3: Upper Body Pull
Bundle 4: Mixed movements + ABS
Water Break
Bundle 5 : Legs
Bundle 6: Upper Body Push
Bundle 7: Upper Body Pull
Bundle 8: Mixed movements + ABS
We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds and with only 15 seconds rest we will switch to the next movements. After each bundle there will be a 30 second rest.

The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells .
