In this 30 min Single Kettlebell HIIT Workout | + Bodyweight | No Jump | No Repeat | Intense, we will keep the  movements simple and yet challenging. We will have 9 bundles of 4 exercises, performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 seconds rest after each bundle.

You can simply increase the intensity of this hiit workout by using a heavier kettlebell.
