Hello. Leg workout at home in 4 minutes! This workout not only saves you time but also can really effectively work out the muscles of the legs. You can see for yourself just by doing a workout with me! You will need a dumbbell or kettlebell or any other additional weight that you can work with.

There are only 8 exercises in this workout, with 10 second rest intervals between exercises for short rests and position changes. They are chosen exactly so as to pay attention to almost all the muscles of the legs, just take it and do it with me!

Try to give all your best in each exercise for the best effect but also remember, you must reach the end! The workout can be repeated 2-3 times, with a rest of 5 minutes between circles. Do the workout 2-3 times a week. After your workout, cool down with stretching or light cardio.

Do not forget to train your legs so that they are as developed as the upper body and look aesthetically pleasing! And also watch your diet, regular workouts and recovery in between!
