キノコ鍋にあれをぶち込むと飛びます【納豆きのこ鍋】

Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
Mushrooms (several kinds, nameko mushrooms are a must)
2 packages natto
1 tofu
Chinese cabbage (any vegetable is OK)
All-purpose green onion
1L Japanese soup stock
4 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)

Recipe
1) Cut mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2) Season 1L of Japanese soup stock with 4 tablespoons miso and 2 tablespoons mirin.
(3) Put all the ingredients into the soup and simmer for 5 minutes to heat through. Finish by adding green onions.
