Join me for this Brand New Zeus Fitness 1 hour upper body dumbbell workout no repeat challenge you can do from home or a gym . Are you up for the challenge?

60 minutes and 60 exercises in total with No repeats

This is one of the most complete upper body dumbbell workouts you can do from home or the gym also if you train there

Originally released as mini individual dumbbell workouts , we are now bringing you the whole uninterrupted 1 hour workout and I'm challenging you to absolutely smash it

All you will need is a selection of dumbbells. Ideally a lighter set, a medium set and a heavier set. But just work with what you have got

What we will be doing is giving 10 mins concentrated work to each muscle group in the upper body before moving onto the next.

Each muscle group will have 10 exercises each with no repeats so the workout will feel like it flies by

This is the order of the muscle groups we will be hitting

0:00    Chest
10:07  Back  
20:20  Shoulders
30:33  Biceps
40:38  Triceps
50:50  Abs

You can make this as tough as you wish by simply upping or lowering the weight. Trust me, it won't matter what weight you use. This one will be a killer

Whether you're a relative beginner or one of our more advanced Zeusers, everyone can give this a go.

The great thing is if you really want to push yourself to the next level, you can also do this workout 2-3 times a week

If you're going to , I suggest giving yourself a day or 2 in between each time to let this muscles recover.
